Andrew Edward Hutter

Andrew was raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and is a graduate of Broken Arrow High School. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta. He also interned at the Worker's Compensation firm of Paul Scott, PC and the insurance defense firm of Noland, Mills, and Upton.

Upon law school graduation, Andrew worked as an associate for Carpenter and Laquer, a highly successful criminal defense firm. The Hutter Law Office was formed in 2008, after the passing of Andrew's esteemed partner, Bob Carpenter. Mr. Hutter has attended several trial advocacy and technique courses throughout the state of Oklahoma. Mr. Hutter is an experienced trial lawyer who is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The American Bar Association, The Oklahoma County Bar Association, The Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Association, and licensed to practice throughout Oklahoma including The Western and Eastern District of the United States District Court.

Alissa Preble Hutter

Alissa was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma and is a graduate of Norman North High School. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. In law school, Alissa was a member of legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta. While in law school, Alissa interned at the insurance defense firm of Steidley & Neal in Tulsa, as well as Durbin, Larimore & Bialick in Oklahoma City. During Alissa's third year of law school, she became a licensed legal intern and worked for Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office, where she had multiple jury trials while still in law school. Alissa was later awarded with the prestigious Cali Award of Excellence in the area of trial practice and advocacy while in law school.

After law school graduation, Alissa worked as a prosecutor for both the McClain and Cleveland County District Attorney's Offices, where she handled hundreds of criminal and family cases and tried many jury trials. Alissa has also attended several rigorous trial technique courses at the College of District Attorneys in Georgia as well as trial advocacy trainings throughout the state of Oklahoma. In 2009, Alissa opened the Norman branch of Hutter Law Offices and has continued to zealously represent her clients. Alissa is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Family and Criminal Law sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association, a past member of the McClain County Bar Association, and a current member of the Cleveland County Bar Association. Alissa served as the Secretary of the Cleveland County bar association from 2010-2011 and she is currently serving as the Vice President of the Cleveland County Bar Association. Alissa is admitted to practice law throughout the state of Oklahoma.
